1. Use of the Service
Rainwork is intended for personal, non-commercial use by students, autodidacts, and professionals. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access other users' data, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
2. Accounts
You may sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
3. Subscription and Billing
Rainwork Premium is a monthly subscription at $4 USD/month, processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You can cancel at any time.
4. Free Plan
A free version of Rainwork is available with limited features. Notes and tasks created while logged in are stored in your account. Guest users may lose their data when closing the browser.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code of Rainwork is the property of Rainwork. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Rainwork is not liable for any loss of data, interruption of service, or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
