If you are not satisfied with Rainwork Premium for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Send an email to rainwork.contact@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5 business days.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. You will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days after the 7-day window.

Payment processing

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
